Delete account

This page explains how to delete your AnestCopilot account and your data.

How to delete your account

In the app (the fastest way):

• Open AnestCopilot and sign in.

• Open the menu and tap Settings.

• Tap Account.

• Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

Without the app: send an email to contato@anestcopilot.com.br with the subject Delete account. Send it from your account's email address, so we can confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account data: name, email and the CPF stored as a hash.

• Your history of questions and answers and your saved conversations.

• Your My Updates topics.

• The link between your subscription and your account.

What may be kept

• Records the law requires us to keep, such as the tax records of a paid subscription, for the period the law requires.

• The subscription itself is billed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel the billing: cancel the subscription in the store.

• App usage data (screens opened, crashes and performance) is not linked to your account. It uses an anonymous id created on your device. To delete it, see below.

Delete only your usage data, without deleting the account

• In the app, open Settings and tap Privacy Policy.

• In the Usage data group, copy the Anonymous id.

• Send that id to contato@anestcopilot.com.br with the subject Delete usage data. We delete all usage data linked to that id.

• To stop sending usage data, turn off Share usage data on the same screen.
